Construction is straightforward and precise. Pre-shaped ply bulkheads and frames slot onto ply hogs and stems, forming the hull shape accurately without lofting. This method makes the build accessible while maintaining strength and stability.

The CAT 40 is also highly adaptable. You can modify the layout or use her as a motor yacht, creating a stable platform for diving or leisure. With 8 tons displacement and 880 sq.ft. sail area, she blends comfort, performance, and customization.
