Originally designed in 1969 and first built in a garage the following year, she has now been completely redeveloped with modern stitch-and-tape construction. This updated version combines timeless dinghy charm with 40 years of yacht design experience, delivering a boat that is faster, stronger, and easier to build.
Her design features a narrow flat bottom panel, set up with a plywood fore-and-aft girder that includes the centerboard case. The ply frames slot neatly onto this backbone, followed by the hull panels, creating a straightforward build process ideal for enthusiastic home boatbuilders.
